1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
2. Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
3. For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.  
4. For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
5. A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.

6. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

7. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

How to use: The magnetic levitation needs to be plugged in to use (not rechargeable, can not use USB or other plugs), can not be placed in the car, can not be used on the iron table, the suspension positioning requires patience, find the center positioning point before letting go, after the suspension is good, it cannot shake, if it falls and is sucked on the base, pick it up again and find the center point to position it.
